The Náttúruhlaup Running Community is for people who love running on trails and in nature. We recommend that beginners in running and/or trail running participate in beginners course first.
Saturdays are all about the adventure and experience. You can choose from seven different groups based on your ability! Every Saturday you explore new places and routes.
From Monday to Thursday, you can join diverse training sessions where a coach provides fun and challenging running workouts according to the weekly plan.
